At Toranton, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom-printed apparel. Because our products are personalized with your company logo and design, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we have strict guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
Cancellations:
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before you have approved the final design mockup, whichever is earlier.
- Once a design has been approved and the order goes into printing production, no cancellations can be accepted.

Returns & Refunds:
- Because our products are 100% customized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or design change of mind.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product, a misprinted item, or the wrong quantity, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect.
- If a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part is confirmed, we will provide a free replacement of the defective items or issue a partial/full refund.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be initiated immediately and will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Netbanking) within 5 to 7 working days.
